The Department of  Electronics and Communication Engineering Anna University Regional Campus, Coimbatore has Organised the Faculty Development Training Programme "Communication Theory "on 14th December to 20th December 2016 .

Topics : 

Introduction to Communication Theory
Amplitude Modulation
Angle Modulation
Random Process and its applications to communication theory.
Noise characteristics and its effects in communication systems.
Introduction to Information Theory and its coding.
Implementation of communication theory concepts in MATLAB

Objectives of this FDTP : 

To learn the different types of modulation techniques and demodulation techniques.
To be familiar with the random variables and random process for communication engineering.
To learn the types of noise sources and its characteristics.
To learn the importance of information theory coding and different types of coding schemes.
To visualize the communication theory concepts in simulation tools.

Registration details : 

Registration is on First Come – First Served basis only
No Registration fees.
Only limited number of seats (25) are available.
No TA / DA will be provided.
Preference will be given to the young faculty
